Donations By making a contribution or donation to O'Brien for BOE you acknowledge and agree to the following:     •    Finality of Contributions: All contributions made to website O'Brien for BOE are final and non-refundable. You understand that once a contribution is made, it cannot be refunded, regardless of any change of heart or other reasons.     •    Chargebacks: While we clearly state our no-refund policy, we acknowledge that you may still initiate a chargeback through your credit card company. If this occurs, the card company may withhold the funds until a final decision is made, which could take up to 120 days. website O'Brien for BOE will defend chargeback claims where appropriate based on this Terms of Service, but the final decision rests with the card issuer. 

2. Refund Policy     •    No Refunds: As a political campaign committee, website O'Brien for BOE does not issue refunds for contributions, except as required by applicable law. Contributions are used for the purposes of the campaign’s activities and campaigns, and once processed, they are not refundable.     •    Legal Exceptions: Contributions may only be refunded if required by law or when the contribution violates applicable legal requirements (e.g., exceeding legal contribution limits, prohibited source, etc.). 

3. Use of Donations website O'Brien for BOE reserves the right to use all contributions received for the purposes set forth in its mission and objectives. This may include supporting l candidates, initiatives, and causes consistent with website O'Brien for BOE political agenda.

5. Intellectual Property All content on this Website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, video clips, and software, is the property of website O'Brien for BOE or its content suppliers and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws. ** O'Brien for BOE Campaign Contribution Refund Policy** Contributions O'Brien for BOE Campaign are considered final and non-refundable. By donating, you acknowledge that the funds are from your own resources, are not being reimbursed by another person or entity, and comply with all relevant federal election laws. O'Brien for BOE Campaign must report the name, mailing address, occupation, and employer of contributors whose total donations exceed $200 in a single calendar year. Please note, contributions are not eligible for tax deductions as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes. **Chargeback Policy:** Although O'Brien for BOE Campaign maintains a no-refund policy, your payment method’s provider, such as a credit card company, might offer a chargeback option. In the event of a chargeback, O'Brien for BOE Campaign will defend against such disputes to the extent allowable by law. Chargeback disputes can lead to a temporary hold of funds by the payment provider during the review period, which may last up to 120 days. By making a donation, you understand and agree to these terms, including the procedures related to potential chargebacks.
